In the 1970’s, Gene Etheridge was working as a full time electrician. While wiring a large quarry project, he was charged with the wiring and calibration of a purchased “state of the art” automation system. Gene saw first-hand the pitfalls and shortcomings of what was then the best aggregate automation money could buy. He was convinced that he could build a better, more efficient system. Hence, the Etheridge Maximizer™ was born.
He was a visionary, entrepreneur and inventor holding four United States Patents and one Canadian Patent. Fueled by his initial success, Gene built our company based on the principle of providing truly revolutionary concepts and products coupled with results based solutions.
Etheridge Automation is still a private, family-owned company that specializes in aggregate automation. We pride ourselves in providing automation systems that are reliable, user-friendly and utilize cutting edge technology.
